Join our official AdAgrA 2027 Telegram group! For safety reasons, we do not share a public join link, to prevent unwanted accounts and spam from entering the group. You will receive an invitation by email before the conference. We will also let you know how to join during the conference.

Accommodation options *

For all of you who would like to sleep at the place we have different options. If you would like to have more details about accommodation - have a look at our website: www.adagra.eu. All accommodation in this list is WITH food. If you wish to book without food, then you will can select this later on in the form.

Bed linen & towels: €12 per person, payable on arrival. Availability is limited, so please bring your own if convenient.

Volunteers

Be part of the conference by being a volunteer. This conference only works because of helpers like you. We trust that God will richly reward you for your service!

End Cleaning: We need some help with cleaning after the conference on Sunday. Please only volunteer here if you know that you will for sure be able to stay 1-2 hours longer (until around 12.00) after the program ends to help cleaning everything.

Transportation & Shuttle: Support conference transportation by helping with pickups or group logistics.

Emergency & First Aid: If you have first aid training or medical experience, your help is valuable. Be available to assist in case of minor injuries or health concerns and support the main medical contact if needed. We pray for a safe event, but it’s always good to be prepared.

Registration & Check-in: Help welcome and check in guests on Tuesday from 15:00, hand out bed linen, and provide guests with their accommodation keys. Volunteers for this role need to arrive early on Tuesday.

Occupation

What is your background/education and/or occupation?

Do you need translation?

The conference will be held mostly in English. However, we will also offer workshops entirely in German. For the main sessions in the morning and evening, translation from English into German will be provided directly via Zoom on your phone. For this, we kindly ask you to bring your smartphone with headphones and the Zoom app installed. Please let us know if you require translation.

I understand and I am ok with that meetings are filmed and that there are pictures taken during the convention which may be used also on the internet.

Donate

To make sure that everyone has the opportunity to attend, we have set the conference fee lower than our original calculations. This keeps the price affordable, but it also means that the fee does not fully cover the expenses of the event—such as speaker costs, promotion, and other essentials. If you feel impressed to support, we would be deeply grateful for any donation to help cover these costs and make the conference possible for all.

If God places it on your heart to contribute, please indicate how much you would like to give. You can simply increase your participant fee by xx Euros and add the note “Donation” to your transfer. May God richly reward you!
