There are showers available for the attic. Showers for people sleeping at the school are in walking distance (300m).

Volunteers

Be part of the conference by being a volunteer. This conference only works because of helpers like you. We trust that God will richly reward you for your service!

Dishes: This includes washing the dishes with a dish washer, cleaning the dining room and storing away left overs. You will be placed in groups and will have 2 meals to take care of. [9 available]

End Cleaning: We need some help with cleaning after the conference on Sunday. Please only volunteer here if you know that you will for sure be able to stay 1-2 hours longer (until around 12.00) after the program ends to help cleaning everything. [1 available]

Market Garden Excursion *

There is a chance to visit a market garden close by (15min by car) on Thursday afternoon. The owners are happy to give a tour but it will cost 10€/person. For more info you can look at: https://www.moestuinvollenhoven.nl

Financial Support

Since we have invited several speakers from the US, we are still looking for sponsors to help with their traveling and accommodation costs. Therefore we unfortunately can't help you with the financial needs you might have for this conference. We recommend you to ask your local churches, unions or other ministries, if they can help you with that. We pray that God will open heavens store rooms and pour down the financial blessings upon you and upon us as a conference organisation team.

Sponsor the speakers

In order to keep the participant fee as low as possible, we haven't calculated in the full amount of traveling & accommodation costs of our speakers. Therefore we are still looking for some sponsors to help out with that. If God puts in on your heart to support with that, then please indicate how much you would like to help with. For that you can just raise your participant fee to xx Euros more and when transferring the money add the remark “STS" in the end. May God richly reward you!

Booth of your ministry/business

If you would like to apply for a booth at the conference, please contact Rebekka Hart: The costs for a commercial booth is 20€. For OCI members the booth will be for free. Also if you have a non commercial booth, it is for free, no matter if you are an OCI member or not.
