ATTENTION: All our meals will be plant-based.

Lodging at the place where the convention will be held

Each bungalow and room has its own private bathroom.

Transportation *

At the moment we can't promise but we will do our best to organise transportation from the airport and back. If you need transportation please let us know and we will contact you individually about that. The closest station is in Poppi, which is 6km away from Casuccia Visani. Let us know if you need to be picked up and brought back there. One individual ride costs 2,50€.

Volunteers

Be part of the conference by being a volunteer. This conference only works because of helpers like you. We trust that God will richly reward you for your service!

Dishes: This includes washing the dishes with a dish washer, cleaning the dining room and storing away left overs. You will be placed in groups and will have 2 meals to take care of. [21 available]

End Cleaning: We need some help with cleaning after the conference on Sunday. Please only volunteer here if you know that you will for sure be able to stay 1-2 hours longer (until around 12.00) after the program ends to help cleaning everything. [5 available]

I understand and I am ok with that meetings are filmed and that there are pictures taken during the convention which may be used also on the internet.

Sponsor a seat

With the campaign “Sponsor a seat” we want to make it possible for everybody to take part of the conference, even if they struggle financially. For people with financial challenges we want to lower the price 20 Euros. If you have sufficient financial means we would like to encourage you to sponsor the difference. For that you can just raise your participant fee to 20 Euros more and when transferring the money add the remark “SAS" in the end. If you don’t want to participate but still want to support financially you can also just donate any kind of sum to the same bank account with the remark SAS.

Booth of your ministry/business

If you would like to apply for a booth at the conference, please contact Rebekka Wallner: The costs for a commercial booth is 20€. For OCI members the booth will be for free. Also if you have a non commercial booth, it is for free, no matter if you are an OCI member or not.
